An Amish Gathering

Kathy, Barbara, and I have two collections of novellas that will be releasing this year.  The first one, An Amish Christmas, will be releasing in August 2009 (see pic on sidebar), and the second one, An Amish Gathering, will be releasing in December 2009.  I want to share our new cover for An Amish Gathering.  We love it!

Kathy has lots of info./pics to share about her trip to Holmes County this Wednesday, but beginning with Barbara on Friday, we'll each share a synopsis of the story we wrote for An Amish Gathering.  These stories have cross-over characters, and it was so much fun writing them.  So, here's our new cover!  Would love to hear what you think!

Like this cover about as much as I do the Christmas one (and that's terrific) - with the classic script title lettering against a burnished gold suggestive of the later time of day and good character traits of the Amish, the wide panorama of the natural scene in its tranquility and harmony, the uncluttered view of their world. Congratulations and keep up the good works!

Love the cover! The script is so nice for the title, and the muted colors make the place look so peaceful; someplace you would like to be
