It’s Beginning to Look Like Like… Well, You Know!

Today my hubby, older son and I battled the traffic to go toa book signing at Books-A-Million at Concord Mills Mall in Concord, NorthCarolina.  Actually, when we got tothe mall at noon, it wasn’t crazy busy.  In fact, we had no problems finding a parking spot, but itwas insane when we left at four.

The book signing was a blast!  My dear friend Jenn and her family drove up from Gastonia tosee me.  I also made a new friend,Kylie, a local college student who came meet me and pick up a copy of Betrayed,my romantic suspense.  Otherreaders came by to say hello and pick up a copy of my books.  Thank you so much to everyone who cameout!

Above is a photo of my hubby, my older son, and me.

Here is a photo of my friend Jenn, her daughter and my son.

I’m posing here with my new friend Kylie!

It’s hard to believe that Christmas is less than a weekaway!  My mother-in-law is comingto visit on Tuesday.  The boys arevery excited to see Grandma again.  What are your plans?  Will you spend Christmas with family and orfriends?

Have a Merry Christmas!

‘Til next time,

Amy

We have already celebrated two family Christmases with each of my brothers' families. On Christmas Day, we will have my daughter (home from University) , her boyfriend, and my sister in law and brother in law ( my Husband's only relatives in Canada (others in England). This year, my daughter is working from 11 a.m. -7 p.m., so we are going to meet her in Niagara Falls at a restaurant for a late evening meal. We may have to open gifts after church on Christmas Eve. It is a very different Christmas, but students do need to earn money. I will do a turkey dinner on Boxing Day this year, so we really have a two day celebration.

When I heard about the possibility of bad weather for your area and then I saw that you had a book signing planned, I was concerned. I'm very glad to hear everything went well!! And that your hubby was with you. Stay warm and safe, and have a blessed Christmas.

    Merry Christmas!
