ACFW Conference in Indianapolis
I'm washing clothes, working on line edits, and settling back in after the ACFW Conference in Indianapolis. What a fabulous time! In an effort not to be repetitive for those of you who subscribe to my personal blog, please visit MY BLOG for lots of pictures from the conference. BUT, I wanted to post one special picture here. FINALLY, I was able to meet one of the Amish Hearts gals in person! Barbara and I signed books together during the booksigning event held during the conference. I regret that we didn't have more time to spend together, but at least we found each other after two days of being there!
I also want to invite you to subscribe to my personal blog where I'll be posting Amish recipes every Friday. Some I've tried, and some I'm hoping you'll try and report back!

Great picture. I just finished Barbara's, A Time to Love. I am reading Kathleen's, A Hand to Hold. Have ordered Amy's, A Plain and Simple Christmas. Beth, read all of the Daughters of the Promise. Just waiting for Seek Me With All Your Heart. Keep up the great work you all are doing. I have already read any Amish fiction previously released by ya'll. I guess you could call me a great fan.

9/21/10 Thanks Beth for the info, but I have a question....I've yet to see the Friday Recipes......I thought I had subscribed to your blog.....guess not, but I just did.....hope to get all the recipes you've posted......a great idea to post a new recipe every Friday......love it.....thanks

It was so good to meet you, Beth! I had fun at the signing and at the conference.
I almost didn't recognize myself in the photo...oops, forgot I had to put glasses on (when my contacts gave me fits for having such tired eyes) and I didn't take them off for the photo!
Yes, one day maybe all the AmishHearts authors will get together!
