The Wonder of Your Love -- releasing SOON!
First of all -- a BIG thank you to Karla Hanns for posting here a couple of weeks ago while I was in Hawaii. It was a great post and a lovely review of Healing Hearts. Thank you, Karla! And, my apologies for not posting last week. I have no excuses. (?)
Book #2 in the Land of Canaan series--The Wonder of Your Love--will start to ship next month, and I cannot WAIT for you to read Katie Ann's story. My husband and best friend both read it and said it's their favorite of all my books. (Psst....I think it might be my favorite too!) And here is what Romantic Times Magazine had to say about it
Compelling, page-turner...
A wonderful entry in the Land of Canaan series about an Amish widow and a Englisher brought together by a matchmaker. The characters are well rounded with just enough stubbornness in them. Wiseman knows her Amish facts and brings readers into a world few outsiders get the pleasure of taking part in.
I love the review, and I'm grateful to Romantic Times for reviewing the book...but, there is boo-boo. The Amish widow is Katie Ann. The matchmaker is Martha (remember her?). BUT, the man Katie Ann is brought together with is an AMISH man, not an Englisher.
I hope you have pre-ordered a copy of The Wonder of Your Love! Even though I recommend you read book #1 in the series--Seek Me With All Your Heart--first, The Wonder of You Love can also be read as a stand-alone.
Hawaii was wonderful!! But now I'm back at work on edits for Need You Now -- my first non-Amish contemporary. And I'm happy to report that my editor said it was everything she hoped it would be and more. "Wiseman at her best," she said. I can't wait for you to read that one too, releasing in April 2012. I'm always nervous while I'm waiting for my editor to read my latest manuscript. It was wonderful to get her nice comments right before we left for Hawaii.

KATIE ANN'S STORY! And our favorite characters from The Land of Canaan and the Daughters of the Promise series'.
Martha!
Arnold! (What makes him come back?)
Emily and David (Do they get married?)
Lillian and Samuel Stoltzfus -- my original characters from Plain Perfect.
And plenty more, along with some new friends!
Who is Danielle???
Hope you all have a blessed week!
Beth

You are very welcome Beth!! It was an honor to write as your guest, although I certainly felt unworthy - thought there were others who could have done a better job. Glad you had a good holiday! Can hardly wait for your next book!! Of, course, as always, I do have it preordered!! As any good Wisemanite does!! Looking forward to the non Amish book too!! But.... what a long wait it will be!

Glad to know this can be read alone because it really sounds good & I'd hate to have to go back to the others before I could read it.
Looking forward to it.

I can't wait to read Beth's newest book in the Land of Canaan series. I am wondering- will it be released on Kindle soon? When I looked on Amazon it was not yet available in Kindle. I love ALL of the books from the authors on this site!
